Limited reception hours, poor cleaning maintenance, ineffective mobile check-in system

Clean, good value hotel, its location was magnificent and really close to lisbon today and Easy to find restaurants.

Charming and clean place, the rooms are well-designed. Plenty of appetising food for meals. Units with the comfort of a central location in bairro alto. Magnificent and good location very close to Bairro Alto. And close to Lisbon, beetween alfama, castelo and mouraria and near to very nice restaurants...

Large apartment in a serene location.

Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found trash under the bed from previous guests, and the floors were dirty enough to soil our socks. The foul smell from the kitchen sink.

A serene retreat in Lisbon

The apartment was spacious, and we loved the peaceful courtyard. Staff addressed our minor issues promptly and were cute.

While the location was 'great', the furnishings in the room were horridly outdated, and with dirty floors, i expected some sort of 'special' treat for my stay but received nothing. No toiletries and a missing remote just topped off my 'good' experience. Honestly, i would have rated it higher, but i just couldn't.

Totally recommend for a momentary pause

Comfortable bed, spacious studio, with a great outdoor dining area and reliable free Wi-Fi for connectivity, made my family with children feel at home .

Had a fantastic time with the comfortable bed and super clean studio! The garden area was perfect for relaxing with a good book, and the terrace was an ideal spot for enjoying some fresh air. The only tiny downside was that the kitchen sink had a bit of a smell, but it didn't really take away from my stay. 😊

Stylish space in a great area!

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful suite, and wow, it was so spacious and stylish! Loved the white decor. The kitchen setup was solid for quick meals. The outdoor dining area was perfect for a chill evening. Just wish the shower had a little more pressure, though.

The location was excellent. Perfect for exploring the sights. The air conditioning was effective. Staff were friendly and helpful with tips for getting around.

The location was amazin, close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was kinda helpful even tho they couldn't fix our room issue. The garden area seemed nice but we didn't get to enjoy it like we wanted to. Free wifi was decent when we were in the lounge area. The space seemed chill for relaxation.

Delightful hotel with a magnificent and perfect location within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. the room was nicely furnished with a kitchen and bathroom that I truly enjoyed.

The location of the serviced apartments was perfect, right next to Bairro Alto. It is set in a quiet area yet surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and a vibrant nightlife scene, making it a lovely place to be.
